Synchrony needed to reach Millennials — the least entrepreneurial generation in a century. But they're curious about business, hungry to learn, and rarely without earbuds.

So we created a podcast and launched it like a piece of Hollywood IP. We picked Silicon Valley's poster boy Alexis Ohanian to host Business Schooled — and sent him across the country to learn from the generation that actually built things: Boomers and Gen-Xers.

Within 24 hours of launch, Business Schooled was a Top 100 podcast on Apple and a Top 10 in business.
