We created the #LoveThisCity campaign as way for people to functionally and emotionally connect with Priceless Cities on Twitter and Facebook. To drive awareness, we gave our followers access to things they’d never otherwise experience. Like an intimate Justin Timberlake concert at Roseland Ballroom in NYC. A Cubs pitching clinic in Chicago. Sous-cheffing for Marcus Samuelsson in Miami. The list goes on. Within a few months, sentiment skyrocketed and MasterCard racked up over 500k likes and shares, becoming Facebook’s fastest growing brand. #LoveThisCity became a Cannes talk (“The Next Creative Revolution”) with R/GA’s Nick Law and MasterCard Worldwide CMO, Alfredo Gangotena.
Our first activation: a 3,000-person JT concert at Roseland.
